DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR WEBINARS HOSTED BY BASIC POWER
This Data Privacy Statement (“Statement”) pertains to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by Basic Power in connection with webinars hosted by Basic Power (“Webinars”). This Statement is in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

In the course of registering for a Webinar, Basic Power will collect personal data from the registrants, including but not limited to names and email addresses (“Personal Data”). Basic Power reserves the right to record Webinar sessions. 3. Processing and Utilization of Personal Data:
Basic Power may process and utilize the collected Personal Data for purposes including, but not limited to:
a. Notification about forthcoming Webinars, surveys, and feedback requests related to our educational offerings.
b. Communication regarding Basic Power’s products, services, and updates, in alignment with Basic Power’s legitimate business interests and compliant with data protection legislation.
c. Retention of Personal Data for a duration not exceeding ten (10) years from the date of the Webinar, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
d. Clarification that Basic Power does not engage in the sale of Personal Data.
4. Rights of Registrants:
Registrants may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of their Personal Data or exercise other data protection rights by contacting Basic Power at info@basicpower.com. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
