DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR WEBINARS HOSTED BY BASIC POWER

This Data Privacy Statement (“Statement”) pertains to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by Basic Power in connection with webinars hosted by Basic Power (“Webinars”). This Statement is in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
